Accessibility statement

Last updated October 5, 2026 · Impact Lab LLC

Draft, pending legal review. This document is a working draft and may change. Highlighted items are still being confirmed. Questions? Email hello@impactlabgroup.com.

Impact Lab LLC (“Impact Lab”, “we” or “us”) wants impactlabgroup.com (the “site”) to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.

1. Our commitment

We consider accessibility when we design, build and update the site, and we treat accessibility problems as defects to be fixed. If something on the site gets in your way, we want to know.

2. Conformance target

Our goal is for the site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a target we work toward, not a certification or a claim of full conformance.

[To confirm: how the site has been tested so far (self-review, automated tools, screen reader testing or an independent audit) and when]

3. Measures we have taken

  • Semantic HTML: headings, landmarks, lists and links are marked up so assistive technologies can understand the structure of each page.
  • Keyboard navigation: menus, links, buttons and forms are designed to be usable with a keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus: the element you are on is clearly highlighted when you move through the site with a keyboard.
  • Color contrast: text and important visual elements are designed to have sufficient contrast with their background.
  • Reduced motion: the site respects your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting. When it is on, animations and moving effects are reduced or stopped.
  • Light and dark modes: you can switch between a light and a dark color scheme, and the site remembers your choice.
  • Text alternatives: meaningful images have text alternatives, and purely decorative visuals are hidden from screen readers.

4. Known limitations

  • Decorative visual effects. Some pages use animated visual effects, including WebGL graphics. They are decorative and do not carry information you need. They may not appear on devices or browsers that do not support WebGL, and they are reduced or paused when your “reduce motion” setting is on.
  • Third-party embeds. Some content comes from third parties, such as the Calendly scheduling widget on our booking page. We cannot fully control the accessibility of these tools. If you have trouble booking a call, email us and we will arrange a time with you directly.

[To confirm: any other known accessibility issues found during testing]

5. Feedback and contact

If you find an accessibility barrier on the site, or need information from it in a different format, please contact us:

It helps if you tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and which browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within [To confirm: response time].

6. About this statement

This statement was prepared on October 5, 2026. We will review and update it as the site changes. [To confirm: how often this statement will be reviewed, e.g. every 12 months]
